John L. Sullivan Chevrolet, Inc., offers its customers age 18 years or older an opportunity to earn purchase points through the purchase of either a new motor vehicle or dealer Certified Previously Owned motor vehicle of any make or model in the current inventory of John L. Sullivan Chevrolet, Inc., mechanical parts and/or service labor, and vehicle accessories.

Customers are eligible for enrollment in the Preferred Owner Program upon request if they:

1. Purchase a new, previously unregistered motor vehicle from John L. Sullivan Chevrolet, Inc. Fleet and wholesale purchases are excluded.

2. Purchase a Certified Previously Owned Vehicle from the current inventory of John L. Sullivan Chevrolet, Inc. Wholesale purchases are excluded.

3. Purchase customer -pay service, including parts and labor, from John L. Sullivan Chevrolet, Inc., for any motor vehicle owned by the customer, whether or not acquired from John L. Sullivan Chevrolet, Inc. Factory Warranty service and Extended Service Contract service are excluded.

4. Purchase automotive parts or accessories from John L. Sullivan Chevrolet, Inc.

When first enrolled, Customers will receive a John L. Sullivan Chevrolet, Inc., Preferred Owner Program account card to be used to record the activity or activities by the Customer and the corresponding earned points. Each entry on the account card must be made, dated and signed by an authorized employee of John L. Sullivan Chevrolet, Inc. Preferred Owner Program points may be applied to future purchases only at John L. Sullivan Chevrolet.

1. Each Customer who purchases a new or Certified Previously Owned vehicle from John L. Sullivan Chevrolet, Inc., earns an additional Preferred Owner Program Credit of up to $39.95 in Preferred Owner Program Credits toward a subsequent Maintenance 1 service at John L. Sullivan Chevrolet, Inc. A Maintenance 1 service consists of the following: a. Oil and Filter Change (up to 5 qts oil)

b. Four Tire Rotation (where applicable)

c. Multi Point Inspection (including brakes)

d. Top off fluids

e. Courtesy car wash

2. Each parts, accessory or service purchase at John L. Sullivan Chevrolet, Inc., earns a Preferred Owner Program Credit of five percent (5%) of the total customer-pay charges, not including sales tax, towards any future full-price service, parts or accessory sales.

3. Preferred Owner Program Credits may be applied to the purchase from John L. Sullivan Chevrolet, Inc., of a new, previously unregistered motor vehicle or a Certified Previously Owned vehicle.

1. Preferred Owner Program Credits may be applied only to subsequent purchases, but may not be applied to the transaction for which the Preferred Owner Credit was issued. Preferred Owner credits are limited to a maximum of $300 value for any single transaction or related multiple transactions.

2. Preferred Owner Program credits may be used only at John L. Sullivan Chevrolet, Inc., and must be applied within 24 months from the date issued. Preferred Owner Program credits have no cash value, and may not be exchanged, bartered, sold or otherwise transferred to another person. Products purchased using Preferred Owner Program Credits in whole or part may not be returned or exchanged for a cash equivalent to the Preferred Owner Program credits applied, but may otherwise be eligible for return, less the equivalent Preferred Owner Program credits applied to the original purchase. Customer coupons or other discount programs or special offers by John L. Sullivan Chevrolet, Inc., may not be combined with the Preferred Owner Program.

3. John L. Sullivan Chevrolet, Inc., may alter, amend, change or cancel the Preferred Owner Program, or any part thereof, at its sole and exclusive discretion at any time, with or without notice, save and except that all Preferred Owner Program credits issued during the program shall be honored as provided herein for the period stated.

4. Claims made against John L. Sullivan Chevrolet, Inc., directly or indirectly regarding or with respect to the Preferred Owner Program must be brought within one year of the acquisition of the applicable Preferred Owner Credits from John L. Sullivan Chevrolet, Inc. Such claims shall be resolved through binding arbitration pursuant to the California Arbitration Act, California Code of Civil Procedure 1280, et seq.
